1. Ladies Home Journal December 1900
Predicted:
- No street cars in big cities
- No mosquitos or flies
- Black, blue, or green roses
- Coal will not be used for heating or cooling
- Ready cooked meals will be available in stores
- Vegetables will be electrically grown
- Few drugs would be swallowed

100 Year Predictions that came true
- Digital Color photography
- Rising heigh of Americans
- Mobile Phones
- Pre pared meals
- Hothouse vegetables
- Television
- Bigger fruit

Drawing Predictions
- Flying policemen
- Firemen have wings
- Wars will be fought by "combat cars"
- Schools with have audio books
- Schools will only teach how to use machinery
- Heating with radium
- Makeup applies by buttons
- Video telegraphed
- Moter rollar skates

2. Most of these seem to be a wish list rather than a warning. A few warnings would be that there will be to many things going on in the air, like they predicted: wings, planes, etc, that there would have to be police men with wings who fly and control the traffic in the air. Another warning would be that all jobs would be done by machines and they're would be a shortening in jobs, also that the school would only teach how to work machinery. They were worried that their children would not learn the every day academics. There were also worries about over populating the world and running out of space for everyone. Everything else seemed to be like a wish list.

3. Many predictions have come true such as; colored pictures, cell phones, already made meals, television, taller height of people, and everything listed under my second source. Some however were very odd, like few drugs would be swallowed, that still happens, and flying policemen and firemen, rather than a radar we have at every airport.

4.  A lot of the predictions have to do with making the world a better place. None of these predictions are anything that would make the world a worse place to be, rather than something that would benefit the world. Many are focused on technology, improving and creating new technology. There are also a lot about food and heating and cooling, making the world a cleaner place.

5. In the future I personally predict that:
- The world will overcrowd and there will not be room for everyone
- That the things we want will just pop out of our computer or our laptops
- That you can push a button and makeup will pop up everywhere on your face
- That straightening and curling your hair would be faster
- That the speed limit will increase
- Cars will be able to go faster and further
- More cars will be electric, rather than gas
